Do not worry! We will give you a full refund for any product purchased up to 30 days after receiving your product.

All of our customers have up to 30 days to return an unwanted product, as long as the bottle seal has not been broken.

Refunds

We guarantee the 100% refund of the product price, on any form of preferred payment.

Product condition

The product must be sealed in order to proceed with the refund. You should just forward it back to address we will provide you, together with the reason behind the return. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with the refund.

Return shipping cost

You must ship the product back to our office location and you must pay the shipping costs required to do so.

Packaging the returned product

We recommend using the original packaging and shipping box. Please contact us if you need any assistance in shipping or handling.

Special promotions returns

We do not offer refunds if our products were under a special promotion at the time of the purchase.
